There are few things that I enjoy more than being out on the water on a warm summer day.
The cool breeze, the sparkling water and plenty of gorgeous scenery.
We packed a delicious picnic and headed out to spend the afternoon at sea.
Colorful hulls set against the beautiful blue water.
Sailboats in Sag Harbor.
A python surfboard. Only in East Hampton.
Morning massages at Naturopathica.
Devouring the cover-to-cover fabulousness that is Hamptons Magazine.
Stacks and stacks of ice-cream sandwiches.
Early evening bike rides along the water.
While strolling through the village today I decided to stop into Restoration Hardware.
In the past, the Restoration Hardwares I have seen in malls have been a bit stale, but this one was absolutely spectacular!
Everything was so stunning and exquisitely merchandised.
It was the perfect afternoon pick me up. I left invigorated and inspired!
It felt exactly like being inside one of their catalogs. Simply marvelous!
Bravo RH. Bravo.
I was lucky enough to attend the new HGTV show premiere with the Decorista.
The party was at the fabulous Crosby Street Hotel in SoHo.
The decor was gorgeous and the perfect place to fete a new design show.
Mama Novogratz is a total doll. Make sure you check out the show when it airs later this month!
Fresh flowers always brighten up my day.
Salad Nicoise is just as easy to prepare as it is beautiful.
Roast potatoes and tomatoes in a 400 degree oven for 30 min and serve with arugula, grape tomatoes, kalmata olives and cheese. Mix tuna with lemon, celery and mayo. Serve with lemon vinagrette.
Evenings out with my favorite Decorista.
